Dr. Joshua Haggenmacher’s background and training are in internal medicine and flight medicine. As a flight physician, he treats and oversees critically ill patients, and patients who need a higher level of care, often flown to reach them wherever they are, far from the resources of a traditional hospital. That kind of work has one standard: recognize a life-threatening problem in seconds, and manage it with precision when there’s no room for a second opinion.
That foundation shaped the physician he is today, one who evaluates the whole patient rather than a single diagnosis, and who brings the same calm, high-stakes discipline into every consultation.
Beyond his clinical training, Dr. Haggenmacher maintains a personal, ongoing focus on athletic performance, strength training, diet, and nutrition, not just as professional interests but as disciplines he lives by. That firsthand experience has shown him, in his own life, how directly these factors shape long-term health.
At First Class Health, he applies that same rigor to the emerging fields of longevity and aesthetic medicine: an internist’s depth of clinical judgment, paired with his own firsthand commitment to performance and nutrition, to help patients not just treat illness, but optimize health, performance, and longevity for years to come.
He founded First Class Health, trains the team, and built the standard every treatment plan is measured against. Rocío L. Olea, APRN, is a Board-Certified Advanced Practice Registered Nurse specializing in aesthetic and injectable medicine, with a nursing career spanning nearly a decade in South Florida. She holds active Florida licensure as both a Registered Nurse (since 2016) and an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (since 2021).
Rocío earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Barry University in Miami Shores, FL, before completing her Master of Science in Nursing with a Family Practice specialization at Chamberlain University in Miramar, FL. She began her aesthetics career as an Aesthetic Nurse at Skinney Medspa in Bal Harbour, then went on to practice as an Aesthetic Injector Nurse Practitioner at Ideal Image in Fort Lauderdale, before building a freelance injecting practice across South Florida. She currently practices as an Aesthetic Injector Nurse Practitioner with 4Ever Young Anti-Aging Solutions across multiple Florida locations.
Rocío’s clinical scope is broad and technically advanced. She performs neurotoxin treatments (Botox, Dysport, Xeomin, Jeuveau), dermal fillers across nearly all facial areas, Sculptra and Radiesse (including off-face applications for hands, neck, and buttocks), Kybella for submental fat reduction, GLP-1 injections, peptide therapy, and hormone replacement therapy (HRT). Her skill set also extends to hair restoration with exosomes and PRP, Salmon DNA injectables, energy-based treatments (CO2 laser, Morpheus8, Matrix Pro RF), PDO and smooth thread lifting for face and body, EZ Gel, and IV therapy.
Rocío is fluent in English and Spanish. Her approach centers on precise, anatomy-driven treatment planning intended to deliver natural, harmonious results rather than an overdone look.
Miguel Libera, PA-C is a Board-Certified Physician Assistant with more than a decade of experience providing comprehensive medical care in internal medicine, concierge medicine, and aesthetic medicine. Based in South Florida, he is dedicated to delivering personalized, evidence-based care that emphasizes prevention, wellness, and long-term patient relationships.
Miguel earned his Master of Medical Science and Physician Assistant degree from Saint Francis University after completing his Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering at Florida International University. His unique educational background combines advanced medical knowledge with an analytical, detail-oriented approach, allowing him to develop individualized treatment plans that address both medical and aesthetic goals.
Throughout his career, Miguel has cared for patients across a wide range of clinical settings, including concierge medical practices, home-based medicine, orthopedic care, and aesthetic medicine. His expertise includes comprehensive health evaluations, preventive medicine, chronic disease management, weight optimization, hormone health, joint and soft tissue injections, and minimally invasive cosmetic procedures designed to help patients look and feel their best.
