Founders is the first membership at First Class Health: personalized protocols, regular in-person appointments, and direct access to Dr. Haggenmacher. It opens to 100 people only, at a founding rate that won’t be offered again.

Most practices sell you a visit. Concierge membership is built around a continuous relationship, where your longevity plan, metabolic health, and aesthetics goals are tracked as one picture over time instead of restarting at every appointment.

Membership isn’t a discount club. It’s a different way of being cared for: a care team that already knows your history, and a practitioner you can reach directly.

Membership gives you access to these treatment options. Treatment and medication are priced separately and reviewed with you before anything starts.

Why Only 100

Founders opens to the first 100 members, at a discounted founding rate. Once 100 members have joined, Founders moves to standard pricing.

The limit is deliberate. Starting with a small group means every founding member gets real time with Dr. Haggenmacher while the program is built around them. This is a one-time founding cohort, not a rolling introductory offer.

Is membership required to be seen at First Class Health?

No. You can be a patient without joining. Membership is for patients who want an ongoing relationship and direct access.

Does membership include the cost of TRT, hormone therapy, or weight loss medication?

No. Membership gives you access to these treatment options when your evaluation supports them. Treatment and medication costs are separate.

How are labs handled?

Labs are ordered as your care requires, and your results are reviewed with you in person as part of your plan.

Why can't I join Essential or Signature now?

Founders opens first so the practice can give its founding members full attention while the program is built. Essential and Signature will follow.

What happens after the first 100 Founders spots are filled?

Founders stays available, at standard pricing.

Can I change tiers later?

Essential and Signature aren’t open yet. When they launch, the care team will walk you through how moving between tiers works.
